IMPORTANT DATES FOR REGISTRATION AND FINAL PAYMENT

November 9
Registration closes.  If a class is fully subscribed, it may close earlier, you can then register the team for a reserve spot.

November 20
Last day to order and pay participation cards and other services

December 10
Last day to register food allergies.
Vegetarian, lactose- and gluten-free options are always available and do not need to be ordered. 
No nuts, carrots, apples or curry powder.

December 16
Last day to register all players and staff members in the squad

December 27
The cup starts

PAYMENT

We offer payment only with card or Klarna (in the countries where it is available) with a 30-day expiry.
When you register your team, the invoice is automatically sent out via Klarna, and you then have 30 days to pay if you don´t pay directly with card (or Swish in Sweden).

However, the last day to pay the registration fee is November 9, last day for participation card and other services is November 20.

DISCOUNTS

Did you win the cup 2025/2026 and have a free registration fee this year? When you register, you will receive an invoice for the registration fee, which must be paid within 30 days or directly with card. Then you send an email to  cupekonomi@storvretaibk.se and we will discount the corresponding amount as credit before you pay for the participant card. Payment of the registration fee must be made for the registration to be approved.
The same applies if your association has any agreements with the Storvreta Cup.
The prize is not paid in cash it can only be obtained by registering the team. The prize cannot be transferred to another team or used in a year other than the following year. It is up to each team to inquire about discounts. 

REFUND

If the team withdraws, the registration fee will not be refunded.

All refunds are made minus bank fees.  Refunds are always made via the method in which the payment was made; refunds are never made to individual participants.

Any possible refund of individual participant cards A + D and ot by December 10th. After December 10th, refunds will only be made upon presentation of a medical certificate up to and including your check-in. No refund after the team started their first match in the cup.

If the team collects all participant wristbands and meal cards, no refund will be made afterwards.

Hotel reservations are refundable up to 35 days before arrival, after that no refund.

Medical certificates must be received no later than seven days after the team's first day of play in the cup.  If it is submitted later, no refund will be made.

To receive a refund when canceling a player's booking, a message can be sent via your cup page by the responsible leader or send an email to cupekonomi@storvretaibk.se, also from the responsible leader.

If the team withdraws from the tournament and the whole team cancels their participation cards (A+D) after November 20, 50% of the participation cards will be refunded. In case of cancellation of the entire team after December 16, the participation cards will not be refunded.
